Pickup and Delivery

  1. For new customer please fill out the form and Credit Card below:
  2. We will contact you within next business days.
  3. Driver will pick up your clothes on the scheduled day.
  4. If you have any spots or special instructions, please include a note in the “Special Attention” fill to bring them to our attention.
  5. Driver will deliver your fresh clean clothes on the scheduled delivery day.
  6. Credit card on file will be charged at the time your order is delivery.

Note:  You will receive an text message notification to let you know your garments are ready to be picked up and a printed copy receipt with each delivery.

  2. Prior to using pickup and delivery service, you will need to submit your credit card by entering your credit card information online or providing your credit card information to us by phone (617-567-4281) or in person. 
  3. By clicking on the “Enter your credit card information” button below.
  4. You are representing and warranting to us that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate.

Note that once you enter your credit card information, a pre-authorization check for $1 will be performed to ensure the validity of your card and we will credit you back $1 to your account.  Use of this site authorizes Continental Cleaners to charge your credit card for all dry-cleaning expenses.
